At Mantra® Jewelry, we want you to cherish your pieces and the intentions they represent. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all unworn items in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place your jewelry back into its original Mantra® gift box and secure it in a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our studio, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
